The Big Give
This season, BT Church is coming together across all locations for The Big Give — a church wide initiative to give locally and live with a heart of generosity.
From November 9 through December 19, every BT location will partner with local organizations in their city to meet real needs and share the love of Jesus right where we live.
Here’s how each location is making a difference in their community:
McAllen & Sharyland: Partnering with the Boys & Girls Club of McAllen and The Hope Den Community Closet & Pantry — collecting toys and food for local families.
(Organization Food Request: Rice, beans, canned tuna, canned veggies, & pasta)Kingsville: Partnering with Perez Elementary — collections completed Dec 4th
Alice: Partnering with Agape Ranch — collections completed Dec 2nd
Edinburg: Hosting a Toy Drive for Hidalgo County Child Protective Services.
Mid-Valley: Partnering with the City of Weslaco for a Blanket Drive to care for neighbors in our community this winter.
(You can drop off donations at your specific location during service times or office hours.)
Together, we believe local generosity leads to lasting impact.

Annual Member Meeting
This meeting is a time to gather together to celebrate all that God did in 2025 and look ahead to what God is doing in 2026. This meeting is for BT Members as we will take time to approve our church budget for 2026.

Germany Missions Trip
Join us as we come alongside our BT Missionaries, the Shell family in Germany. We will be working with students from Black Forest Academy and with refugees.

Honduras Mission Trip
Join us as we partner with Prayer Plan Missions to love and serve the people in the city of San Pedro Sula as well as people who live in the mountains. [Trip size: 12-14]
Dates: May 11-18
Trip Cost:
-Deposit: $700.00
(non-refundable deposit to secure your spot and be deducted towards the total trip cost)

New York City Mission Trip
Join us as we serve alongside Queens Church in Queens. NYC. Our ministry time will be spent engaging with the community through VBX, that is VBS for 5th-6th grade. Also be joining Queens Church in local outreach.
Dates: June 27-July 4
Trip Cost:
$1,500.00 (early discount rate)
$1,650.00 (full price registration)
Trip cost is all inclusive: Flights, transportation throughout trip, lodging, meals, group activities, ministry budget is all included in your overall price.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 will be required to officially secure your spot on the mission team.

Join us as we serve alongside IGV Cuenca with the Delgado's. Our ministry time will be spent engaging with the community through Vacation Bible School and Youth event.

Join us as we serve alongside our Missions Partner Le Pont Ministries for a Medical Trip and with the Togolese people to visit schools where we have sponsored students as BT Church.

Operation Christmas Child
At nearly 5,000 locations across the nation, volunteers will welcome and pray with people who drop off Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. Other volunteers will fill cartons and load trucks with the millions of shoeboxes we prayerfully anticipate receiving. Approximately 80,000 people will serve in these roles during the third week in November. Opportunities exist right here in our community at BT Church.

Reynosa Missions Trip
Join us in this outreach as we will be partnering with Big Heart Reynosa & a medical team to provide medical care to the community.
Big Heart Reynosa is the heart of where it all began opening its doors in 2000. Big Heart began with its main goal being to work alongside single parents by taking in their children. Being in the city, God has opened many doors to be able to do outreaches in the community that include giving out food, clothes, and providing medical care.

After School Fall Festival - Mid Valley
Join us for our first fall outreach event. We’ll be giving out candy bags to the students who are being picked up from across our parking lot on Friday, October 31st from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Or until we run out of candy and church invites.

Join us for Trunk-Or-Treat at our parking lot for fellowship & outreach. Our Best Night Of The Week classes will be on pause. We invite all our church family and community to come together for an evening of candy and fun!

The Compassion Experience
The Compassion Experience is an interactive audio/visual journey showing Jesus's transformative work through a child's story of overcoming poverty. Visitors will walk through a semi-truck that’s been transformed to recreate scenes from the lives of two children sponsored through Compassion International. Each visitor will get an audio device and will hear recordings of the child’s story in each room.

Saltillo Missions Trip
Join us as we will be partnering with Big Heart in the mountains. Young Adults & Students will help host a breakfast, sing songs, have a devotional and play games. In 2020 Big Heart was able to finally start working alongside single parents and taking in children. However, because of Big Heart of the Mountains unique location, God has allowed for many other ministry opportunities within the village surrounding the orphanage.
This trip is recommended for Students / Young Adults.
Dates: August 22nd-August 25th
