Your first step is simple: identify 3–4 men you want to invite to join you in the fight. Once you have your crew, you’re ready to begin.
Next, decide how and when you’ll connect each week. This might be:
A group text thread
A phone or video call
A weekly in-person meetup
Remember: failing to plan is planning to fail. Be intentional about your rhythm and stick to it.
Also, commit to meeting in person at least once a month — over coffee, lunch, a workout, or after work. These moments matter.
Once you’ve got your brothers and your plan, you’re ready to GET IN THE FIGHT.
